Available from September to May (Your own private two hour introduction to falconry session)
A close up interactive experience. My Hawk Walks are excellent introduction to  falconry sessions which start at 10am and finish at 12pm and are second to none. You will meet at one of our private grounds, allowing you to experience these magnificent creatures on your own private session.
I'm not a falconry centre so you will witness the birds flying free in the countryside, where you will observe and interact with the hawks natural behaviour. You will learn about the history & ethics of falconry, anatomy, biology and wild birds of prey. You will receive a brief lesson in safety and handling, then you will witness a Harris’ Hawk swoop to your gloved hand time after time. Flying free and following us through private woodlands and open countryside with plenty of photo opportunities.
 The emphasis of the Hawk Walk is very much on clients handling and flying the birds.
When you book one of my Hawk Walks they are your own private session. You won't be sharing it with anyone else. This gives you or your exclusive group more handling and sufficient time to witness the hawk behaving totally natural in wild surroundings, giving my clients more of an individual and personal experience which also makes for a unique and memorable gift.

I have various flying locations available in the Staffordshire or Shropshire countryside. You will be notified of the venue at the time of booking.

Handling and photograph our Bonelli's Eagle then finish with a Hawk Walk - 2 hour session
Please ensure you wear the appropriate clothing as follows: 
- Dark coloured clothing
- Hiking or Wellington boots
- Waterproof coat
- Warm layered clothing
- Don't forget your camera!
- Please don't wear anything that looks furry!
All equipment is provided and we are covered by public liability insurance.
You should be in reasonable health and have a reasonable level of fitness as some walking is involved.
